Seligdar says to offer 250 kilograms of gold in bond equivalent

MOSCOW, Oct 10 (PRIME) -- Polymetallic holding company Seligdar is taking bids for 6.23-year bonds equaling 250 kilograms of gold from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Moscow time on Tuesday.

The coupon guidance was set at 5.5% annually. The issue carries quarterly coupons and is to be repaid in amortizing parts.

Gazprombank, Russian Agricultural Bank and Investment Bank Sinara are the placement organizers.

Technical placement is preliminarily slated for Thursday.
